This POI for a quest broke after 2 instances of the same quest were activated. The blocks surrounding it cause every piece of terrain to disappear, leaving the POI floating and causing the player to be able to fall into the world.
This seems to happen when quests are shared or there are multiples of the same quest instance. This POI might not be the only one.
