Bug Description: A burning shaft mod installed on a claw hammer does not shed light.

Detailed steps to reproduce the bug:

1) Install a burning shaft mod into a claw hammer.

Actual result: No light is shed. The other tools shed light when a burning shaft mod is installed.

Expected result: A claw hammer with a burning shaft mod would shed light like the other tools.
