Teleporting back to surface

Summary: While digging tunnels underground, it is possible to suddenly teleport back to the surface

Bug Description:

Detailed steps to reproduce the bug:

1) Dig straight down, until you hit rock

2) Dig in one straight direction, make sure the tunnel is no higher than 2 blocks (Ex: Dig West)

3) Turn 90 degrees and dig another straight tunnel that way, making sure it is no higher than 2 blocks (Ex: Dig North)

4) Tunnel should now be L shaped

5) Turn around and while crouched, hold shift to sprint to go back the way you came. It is important that you hug/stay close to the inner corner as much possible (Ex: hug the left wall while making a left turn, or hug the right wall if you are making a right turn)

Actual result: You will be teleported back to the surface

Expected result: I should be able to make the turn without teleporting back to the surface
