Detailed steps to reproduce the bug:
1) Go to house_old_tudor_01
2) Head to the back of the house
3) Check the balcony high up on the house, the one with the crate on it
4) Look at the wood trim under the rails
Actual result: Textures are flickering
Expected result: Textures to not flicker
