Bug Description:

Detailed steps to reproduce the bug:

1) Go to countrytown_business_05

2) Make your way to the stairs on your right

3) As you slowly go up the stairs, observe no zombies on the 2nd floor

4) Reach near the top of the stairs

Actual result: Zombies spawn in player view

Expected result: Zombies should be visible earlier
