Bug Description:
I was heading to a quest start marker and killed a wandering zombie. Immediately after its death the debug console popped up and displayed an ArgumentOutOfRangeException message. The game continued running but I manually exited after dismissing the debug console. The log shows a short stack trace in WorldBlockTicker.tickChunkRandom()
